Giveaway Details
The DeVentri Jordan 2025 Survey Giveaway (“Giveaway”) shall commence on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, at 12:00 AM EST, and shall continue until Tuesday, October 21, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST (“Entry Period”).
To enter, you must complete the DeVentri Jordan survey and check “Yes” at the end to be included in the giveaway. Only participants 13 years of age or older may provide contact information for giveaway entry.
A total of 6 winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States, age 13 or older at the time of entry, who have a valid email or Instagram account.
Participants under 13 may complete the survey anonymously but are not eligible for giveaway entry.
Participants aged 13–17 may enter the giveaway only with parental consent.
Employees of DeVentri Jordan LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
Use of robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry methods will void all such entries. Only one entry per person is allowed.
Prize Drawing
All Giveaway entries meeting the requirements of these Terms & Conditions will be entered into the random drawing.
Winners will be selected at random and notified via email or Instagram Direct Message within five (5) business days of the giveaway closing date (on or around October 26, 2025).
Prizes
A total of 6 prizes will be awarded:
- 1 winner – $250 cash prize
- 2 winners – $100 cash prize each
- 3 winners – One (1) DeVentri Jordan merchandise item each
Prizes are non-transferable. No substitution or cash alternative will be permitted unless required by law or at the Sponsor’s sole discretion for a prize of equal or greater value.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with their prize.
If a winner is under 18, the prize will be awarded to their parent or guardian.
Prizes will be distributed within 30 days of winner verification. Cash prizes may be issued via check, prepaid card, or digital transfer (PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or Cash App). Sponsor is not responsible for delays due to incorrect contact information.
Notification of Winners
Winners must respond within 7 days of receiving the notification.
If a selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to claim a prize, or fails to meet eligibility requirements, an alternate winner may be selected from remaining valid entries.
In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address or social media account used.
Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, by entering, participants consent to the use of their name, likeness, and (where applicable) survey responses in aggregate form for promotional purposes by DeVentri Jordan LLC, without additional compensation.
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram or Facebook.
Privacy Policy
Any personal information supplied by you to DeVentri Jordan LLC will be subject to the DeVentri Jordan Privacy Policy (Effective October 1, 2025).
DeVentri Jordan LLC will not sell, rent, transfer, or otherwise disclose your personal data to any third party without consent.
Survey responses remain anonymous unless you opt in to provide contact information for giveaway entry.
Personal information is used only for prize notification and DeVentri Jordan communications if you have opted in.

General Rules
By entering, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all decisions of DeVentri Jordan LLC, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.
DeVentri Jordan LLC is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, or illegible entries, or for any technical malfunctions, computer failures, or human errors which may occur in the processing of entries or notifications.
By participating and/or accepting a prize, winners release DeVentri Jordan LLC, its affiliates, employees, directors, and agents from any liability or claims related to participation, prize acceptance, or use.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway should fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impair the integrity of the Giveaway.
All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited.
