Raised in Minneapolis by a single mother, DeVentri’s journey is rooted in resilience. From navigating athletics without access to resources, to becoming a young father, to overcoming personal loss and significant business challenges, his experiences have shaped the perspective he now shares.

In 2012, he founded GameFace out of the trunk of his car with a mission to train athletes with purpose, precision, and heart. Today, it is a nationally recognized performance brand serving athletes from youth to the professional level. With a background in human development and kinesiology, and experience with Under Armour and IMG Academy, DeVentri has helped develop some of the nation’s top talent while building an ecosystem that allows athletes to train and thrive at home.

His leadership has also driven meaningful impact in advisory roles, including his work with TRIA Orthopedics as Director of Sports Performance. There, he has helped expand access, strengthen partnerships, and bridge the gap between injury and return-to-play—delivering measurable growth and a more complete athlete experience.
