DeVentri Jordan launched GameFace from the trunk of his car in 2012—with a vision to train athletes with purpose, precision, and heart. What began as a one-man operation has grown into a nationally respected performance brand that empowers athletes at every level: from youth and standout high school players to D1 collegiate programs and NFL and NBA professionals. Built on trust, results, and authentic connection, GameFace has become a place where athletes develop their skills—and their character.
With degrees in Human Development and a master’s in Kinesiology, DeVentri combines deep expertise with firsthand experience. He spent over seven years training with Under Armour® and IMG Academy, the world’s premier sports performance institution, helping shape some of the most promising young athletes in the country.
What sets DeVentri apart isn’t just what he’s accomplished—it’s the way he leads. He’s a coach, mentor, speaker, and business owner who believes true success is measured by how you serve others. Whether he’s guiding athletes to unlock their potential, mentoring entrepreneurs to build lasting businesses, or sharing hard-earned lessons from his own journey, DeVentri shows up with integrity and a commitment to help people grow.

Mission & Core Values
DeVentri is dedicated to helping passionate individuals and teams in both business and sport by guiding them to develop a foundation that lasts. Whether through training, speaking, or mentorship, his goal is to help people reach their full potential, teach them how to sustain it, and create a space that nurtures and grows their unique natural gifts and abilities. Everyone has a distinct purpose—both on and off the field—and DeVentri is committed to supporting each person as they pursue the purpose they’re called to fulfill and the impact they are meant to make.
He firmly believes that “the need pulls on the anointing.” Having faced the challenge of seeking guidance and not finding it—as an athlete, a business owner, and a young man navigating life without a father—DeVentri made a commitment: to become the help he never had. His mission is to show up consistently and intentionally for those who need it most. This includes elevating Black entrepreneurs, mentoring athletes beyond the field, and investing deeply in the Minnesota community that shaped him.
